Screen Shots: Deactivate a user
Select a user:Every workflow request has a requester and a recipient. When asking to deactivate someone, the first step is to identify the recipient - a process that starts with the menu option shown here. |

Disable all accounts:Once a user profile is selected, one or more changes can be applied. Using this built-in form, access is deactivated by selecting all of the user's accounts and asking to disable them. Alternately, a pre-defined request can be configured to either "deactivate all access now" or to schedule a deactivation date. |
